TMI Consulting is a Richmond-based diversity-in-leadership B
corporation. They offer consulting for businesses to develop strategies for an
empowered, inclusive, and diverse leadership, for civic groups (as in the
recent “Community Conversations” series), and with other initiatives
internationally. Social entrepreneurship is blurring the lines between
not-for-profit and private business, providing new ways for companies of all
